Welcome to the only Bau Beach in Cattolica where dogs are allowed to swim in the sea. Yes, you read that right: official swimming permission, because here dogs aren’t just “tolerated”, they’re honored guests.
Swimming times: in the morning from 6:00 to 7:30 AM and in the evening from 8:00 to 9:30 PM.
Have you ever seen your dog wagging its tail happily under the umbrella, still sandy-nosed? At Altamarea’s Bau Beach, that’s an everyday joy — made possible with love, care, and respect.

Following the health ordinance of the Veterinary Public Health Department of Emilia-Romagna, access is allowed only to non-dangerous dogs who do not disturb the peace of other guests.
Available for our four-legged friends: a shower to cool off your dog during the day, a small deckchair, water bowls, waste bags, and gifts offered by Monge.
Those wishing to spend their beach holiday with their dog are invited to contact the management of Altamarea Beach Village for any information or clarification.
