And It All Comes Back
It only takes one look upon arriving at Altamarea Beach Village and everything comes back. Like a great wave of memories rising to the surface, bringing back the dancing evenings, the shows, the afternoons split between reading on a sun lounger and card tournaments, the gym, cooking on the beach…
Everything comes back, but not only in memory. There is also that feeling. A mix of joy, anticipation, and a certain longing to finally be on holiday!
Everything comes back, in a single glance that sweeps across the Altamarea, from Misano to Gabicce.

In this late April, the colours are vivid, the sun is high and warms the face, swept by a steady wind that reminds us summer is not quite here yet.
There, straight ahead, between the brilliant blue of a cloudless sky and the shimmering blue of the sea, a man on his kiteboard takes flight. He hangs suspended in the air for a few seconds: a breathtaking sight.
On the beach, still bare of its familiar blue sun loungers and parasols, some have already settled in to soak up the sun, gently and unhurried. One person dares to venture into the water… but only up to the knees!
And those laughs… spontaneous and innocent laughs, the laughs of children and teenagers gathering to kick a ball around or simply enjoy a moment together. You can hear them from the yellow reception all the way to the red reception, a gentle melody that keeps the bagnini going as they take care of the small jobs needed to get the beach ready for opening.

Because at Altamarea Beach Village, things have been busy for a few days now. The white of the doors, the flower pots, the animation gazebo is whiter, the blue of the walls and the ping pong tables is bluer.
Cleaning, tidying, moving, covering and uncovering, screwing, hanging, building… and organising. Because behind every evening of shows, dancing, cinema, and book festivals, there are several weeks of teamwork with one single goal: to offer an unforgettable evening, a memory to take home and treasure.

Behind every day filled with fitness, tournaments, creative workshops for children, and dog training sessions, there are hours of phone calls, all with the sole purpose of keeping you as busy as you wish and offering you as many experiences as possible to try, so that you carry home a taste for adventure or for relaxation!
It is only April, but the wind at Altamarea Beach Village does not carry the cold. It carries summer, happiness, carefree joy, and the desire to be together again.
Odéphine’s diary is back this summer for a second season. See you very soon!
